Returns are accepted only if the artwork was damaged during shipping. Please notify me with an email with photos of the damaged artwork no later than 15 days after receiving it. Returns will not be possible after this time frame.

After the damaged artwork is returned, it is possible to refund up to 80% (depending on shipping distances) of the initial amount invested in the artwork. The costs for returning/ shipping the artwork are fully covered by the initial amount invested. Refunds will be made a maximum of 30 days after reception of the returned artwork.

When it comes to deliver the artwork, I choose a reliable shipping company like DHL or FedEx. I’ve never had any issues in terms or integrity of the goods with these companies. Price for shipping is included in the price of artwork. Assurance is applied for integrity of the artwork during the shipping period. Artworks are not framed, although that is possible for an additional cost.
