Growing up in Moldova, an Orthodox country, my formative years were steeped in traditional iconography. The arrival of Western culture in the 90s, particularly through science fiction books and movies, ignited a profound fascination with alternative mythologies and imagined futures. This collection is a direct manifestation of that cultural collision, a visual dialogue that resonates with the core themes of cultural evolution and myth-making central to science fiction.
